 Marsha Bailey started her career as a Medical Assistant. The core reason for wanting to work in the medical field was to help others. After 16 years in the medical field her passion to help others and make them feel good led her to Cosmetic Make up. Training alongside another Permanent Make up Artist she became certified in Ombré Microshading. Started her business, Paulette’s Legacy LLC., located in Columbia Maryland. Using her skills to transform a persons eyebrows with pigment she renews their confidence. She has hosted Pop-Ups for networking between other small business in her local communities. Marsha is planning other future events that will allow her to service her community and bring her skills to those that may need them. 

Marsha is a mother of four beautiful children. She’s interested in self growth and self healing. She is currently in school studying in Business Management. She enjoys staying in and watching crime tv shows. She loves to recreate recipes she finds on social media. Her goal to is reach others like herself, learn as much as she can, and build a business she can pass down to her children.
